I am a mental health professional with an academic background from Antioch Univeristy, California and currently based in Norway. I have been working with various sectors, people from all walks of life and my experience includes multicultural therapy. I offer individual and group therapy and specifically hold mental-health focused workshops for organizations internationally to improve their businesses through awareness and connection.

Mental health issues are extremely common, and have the last years gained more attention due to increased awareness around people being affected by them. This can include you or your loved ones. Even though we know they exist, and it travels with you wherever you go, there is a lack of knowledge in their prevention. Mental health awareness is not only something that should be focused on in the therapy room. The focus should be within systems including your schools, workplaces and in your homes. One of the biggest challenges in the workplace for instance is burnout, and something that cost a business a lot of money is sickleave. So how can we prevent this? I believe it starts with access to the same knowledge and then an effort to build and create your own unique Stamina. If you want a whole system to change, the majority of the system needs to change. Therefore same information is what gives you awareness and awareness is what brings the change.
