Counseling
Letting yourself be vulnerable with a stranger is scary, and I commend you for taking the first step in finding someone.

My therapeutic style is centered around respect and empathy. At times we can get stuck in old habits and patterns that can get in the way of creating meaningful connections and making important progression. My aim is to help you become more aware of your roadblocks, feelings and patterns in relating to yourself and to others so you can help yourself becoming a better version of yourself. Using a more client-centered and collaborative approach I will support you to discover your innate wisdom and capacity for growth and healing. I have worked with people from all roams of life from leaders, athletes, artists, parents, children, students as well as the Queer population.
Seminars and Courses
We, Individuals are a part of a system if not several, and in order for a whole system to change it requires more than one person to be aware of the problems and issues within that specific system. My approach here is to work with different institutions such as schools, health departements, private and public organizstions to raise awareness around mental health related topics. With the goal to improve the different enviroments - as well as contribute to growth and wellness within the different institues. In doing so by sharing knowledge and tools that can be used personally and professionally.
Workshops
I am sure you have heard about team-building workshops before? You can imagine that, just more personal. I usually consider relevant issues within organizations and tailor a workshop specifically to your companies needs. Some of my previous workshops have been very interactive and collaborative and there has been at least one of what I call an "aha" moment or what other people might call food-for-thought. The goal of these workshops is to make your company improve not only financially by having a more stable and healthy enviroment, but also help your employees feeling more satisfied, seen and heard in their workplaces.
